Pay Ratio Rules: Your Questions Answered • Next Steps

As a follow-up to our August teleconference on the Pay Ratio Rule, the Society's Securities Law Committee will host a second Pay Ratio teleconference open to all Society members on Thursday, October 19 from 3:00 – 4:30 pm ET. The teleconference agenda will be informed in part by issuers' questions submitted in advance and - time permitting - will also include real-time opportunity for information-sharing. Esteemed panelists will include McDonald's Managing Counsel Chris Weber, Nu Skin's Assistant General Counsel Greg Belliston, Semler Brossy's Blair Jones, and Brian Breheny and Caroline Kim with Skadden Arps.
