  • Catherine Moyer- Proxy Analyst, The Northern Trust Corporation
    Catherine Moyer is a Proxy Analyst at Northern Trust Corporation responsible for engaging with companies and voting at shareholder meetings. In her prior role at Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS), she was an Analyst covering Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and Socially Responsible Investing.


  • Chad Spitler - Senior Advisor, CamberView Partners
    Chad is a Senior Advisor and consults on sustainable business practices at CamberView Partners. He previously served as a Partner and the firm’s Chief Operating Officer (COO). Before joining CamberView, Chad served for 15 years as a senior executive at BlackRock, the world’s largest asset manager, most recently as Managing Director and COO for the Corporate Governance & Responsible Investment team. In that role, he advised institutional clients on sustainable investing and oversaw analysis of environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors within the firm’s investment process, including issuer engagement and proxy voting. Prior to that, Chad was a Senior Market Research Analyst with the Franklin Templeton Group.

  • David Post - Director of Research, Sustainability Accounting Standards Board (SASB)
    David leads SASB’s Research Team, which includes sector analysts, a Technical Director and a Stakeholder Outreach Manager. The team identifies, researches and consults with issuers, investors and subject matter experts regarding financially material, industry-specific sustainability risks and opportunities. The result of the team’s rigorous and transparent process, in conjunction with close oversight by the Standards Board, is a set of 77 industry-specific topics and associated metrics, designed to be low cost to issuers and enable investors and issuers to make effective capital allocation decisions. David has been an equity portfolio manager and research analyst for over twenty years, during which time he led the equity research departments of two multi-billion dollar AUM firms. He has researched, invested in and visited companies in nearly all sectors.

  • Katherine Smith - Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary, Exelon Corporation
    Katherine Smith is Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary of Exelon Corporation, where she provides advice to Exelon’s senior management and Board on corporate governance and securities law matters. Prior to joining Exelon in April 2017, Ms. Smith was Assistant Secretary and Corporate Counsel at The Allstate Corporation. In addition to providing governance, securities, and other counsel to Allstate’s senior management and Board, Ms. Smith developed and executed its shareholder engagement strategy. Ms. Smith also is active in the leadership of the Society for Corporate Governance.
