Please join us on Thursday, June 8 at 11:30 am for a panel discussion on Executive Compensation and Corporate Governance. Wayne Wirtz, Associate General Counsel for AT&T, and Mike Halloran, a Senior Partner at the executive compensation consulting firm Mercer, will lead a discussion on the annual process for the design of executive compensation programs, considerations for designing a program that rewards performance and good behavior while discouraging excessive risk-taking, interaction with the compensation committee, and tips for success for corporate governance counsel and the company secretary.
