Chapter Breakfast -- ESG/Sustainability Panel

The Harold S. Geneen Institute of Corporate Governance at Bentley University and the Eastern New England Chapter of the Society for Corporate Governance are co-hosting a breakfast panel discussion on ESG and Sustainability, with a focus on board-level considerations. Panelists will include:

  • Jenna J. Burke, Assistant Professor, University of Colorado Denver Business School
  • Thomas S. Moffatt, Vice President, Assistant Secretary and Assistant General Counsel of CVS Health Corporation
  • Steven P. Reynolds, Vice President, General Counsel of the Sensata Technologies group and Corporate Secretary of Sensata Technologies Holding plc
  • Cynthia E. Clark, PhD, Director of the Harold S. Geneen Institute of Corporate Governance and Coordinator of the Alliance for Ethics and Social Responsibility at Bentley University will moderate the panel
