Cancellation and Refund Policy: Refunds of any registration fees paid will be at the rate of a full refund less $50, with written notification received by the Society on or before September 28, 2022. There will be no refunds after September 28, 2022. Substitutions/registration transfers are allowed if you must cancel after September 28, 2022. Hotel Information: ESSENTIALS Express + Enrichment program will be held at the Broadmoor, 15 Lake Circle, Colorado Springs, CO. A room block is on hold until September 18, 2022. The hotel will also offer our discounted rate of $259/night pre- and post-conference, subject to availability. Please make your arrangements early. There is limited availability of rooms before the start date of the event and the weekend that follows. In addition, a daily resort charge of $32 will be applied.
