Cancellation and Refund Policy: Refunds of any registration fees paid will be at the rate of a full refund less $75 with written notification received by the Society on or before Tuesday, January 10, 2023. There will be no refunds after January 10, 2023. Substitution of attendees is permitted. Email cancellation notice to Tamara Johnson at [email protected].
Hotel Information: Reservations for the conference rate of $269/night may be made through Wednesday, January 4, 2023, or until the room block is sold out. The conference rate is available 3 days prior and 3 days after the program, based on availability.
