As our last event of the program year, the Houston Chapter’s 2018 Annual Meeting provides a great opportunity to network and socialize with our membership. In addition, spouses and guests are encouraged to attend. After an upscale reception and a fantastic dinner, we’ll hear from Darla Stuckey, President and CEO of the Society for Corporate Governance, on the “State of the Society” and from Keir Gumbs, Securities and Capital Markets Partner with Covington & Burling LLP, on the evolving trends – regulatory and otherwise – that he observes in Washington.

We will also convene a short business program to elect the new Houston Chapter officers for the 2018-2019 program year.

The Houston Chapter would like to thank its sponsors for the 2018 Annual Meeting: Alliance Advisors and Merrill Corporation
