What Your Board Needs to Know about Cybersecurity
Cybersecurity is a critical issue that cannot be overlooked, which is why it is facing increased scrutiny in boardroom conversations. Cyber-breaches, cyber-attacks, cyber-assessments, and cyber-incidents impact shareholder value and are a serious threat to corporate brand reputation and trust. Organizations must be aware of how to mitigate and respond to cybersecurity threats both proactively and through corporate & board policy. Our esteemed panel will separate fact from hype and examine key aspects of what board members need to understand about cybercrime and cybersecurity, including highlighting various examples of security breaches and their negative impact on organizations.
