The Latest Trends in Board Development: Best Practices in Evaluations, Onboarding, Training, Exit Interviewing

Best practices for strong board development have grown from generic self-evaluations to identifying strengths and weaknesses and orienting and training each member so that the entire board achieves its mission. This group of expert panelists explores the challenges faced by companies in recruiting the right people to serve on their boards and the importance of director education and development through reviewing best practices from other boards, evaluating board member needs and skills, and identifying and evaluating opportunities for workshops and training programs. We encourage you to invite your directors, governance committees and CEOs to this event, which provides for a strategic collaboration as you continue to develop a more effective, knowledgeable board.
