Erik Gerding, Director, Division of Corporation Finance, Securities and Exchange Commission and Lona Nallengara, Partner, A&O Shearman will join us for an interview discussion on Wednesday, October 9th. We are applying for double-digit credits, including 2 hours of Ethics, 1 hour of DEI, and 2 hours of Cyber (a new requirement for New York lawyers, effective July 1st, 2023), and offering many networking opportunities.

We heard your feedback, and have crafted a thoughtful and condensed two days of programming that will feature the same caliber of exceptional speakers and panelists as in past years, covering established and emerging governance topics. We are also planning a cocktail reception at the end of each day to provide ample opportunity for networking and catching up.

Program Schedule

The Conference Program will run from 9:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, October 8th, 2024, followed by a cocktail reception, and will run from 8:50 a.m. until 5:15 p.m. on Wednesday, October 9th, 2024, followed by closing cocktails.

Registration will be available starting with breakfast at 8:00 am Tuesday and Wednesday.
