Join us for a timely discussion of the key proposals and issues that many of us will face during this proxy season.

This year we are trying something new, Beth Ising will begin the evening by leading a closed door discussion on the key proposals and Issues and then we will invite Courteney Keating, Director, Environmental, Social & Governance, Glass Lewis and Bimal Patel, Head of Engagement and Policy Development at ISS to join us for the rest of the discussion.

We will be applying for New York State CLE Credit for this portion of the meeting. The New York Chapter holiday party will follow the program. Unfortunately, there will be no media allowed.
