Ohio Chapter - Navigating an Evolving Governance Landscape

Navigating an Evolving Governance Landscape

Please join your fellow Ohio-based Society members on Thursday, August 27 for a program focused on the latest governance developments from the federal and state perspectives--from the SEC's deregulatory agenda to shareholder proposals to bylaw challenges under state law, and more. We look forward to a robust discussion regarding these developments and Ohio's place in this evolving landscape. This program will be led by incoming Ohio chapter President Kim Pustulka, Katie Serevitch (Vice President, Assistant General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Owens Corning), and Marjorie Duffy (a partner in Jones Day's securities and shareholder litigation practice group).
