2018 Annual Meeting & Social Event

You are cordially invited to join the Pacific Northwest Chapter of the Society for Corporate Governance for its annual member meeting and a social event, on Wednesday, November 14, 2018, 5-7p.m. at the offices of Perkins Coie LLP, in both Seattle and Portland. We will be linked via video conference. Parking will be included.

Speakers:

• Gwyn McAlpine, Perkins Coie Director of Knowledge Management Services, will chat with us about some developing uses of Artificial Intelligence in corporate practice
• Luke Vander Linden, Society VP of Membership, will give us a brief “State of the Society” update

Annual Meeting. At 5:15 p.m. the Chapter will conduct its official annual meeting. Members will receive a separate email with the Notice of Meeting, Proxy Statement, and Ballot & Form of Proxy. Your vote matters! Please return your signed proxy no later than Monday, November 12, 2018.
