Sustainability Disclosure and Governance – Getting Everyone in Your Company on the Same Page
Please join us for a timely panel discussion on sustainability disclosure and governance considerations: who is writing it, who is reading it, and what the necessary stakeholders need to know. The discussion will be facilitated by Sheffield Goodrich, Climate Change and Sustainability Manager at Ernst & Young LLP, and will include these panelists:
- Jerry Lynch – Chief Sustainability Officer at General Mills
- Malcolm Ryerse – Director of Responsible Investment at Columbia Threadneedle Investments
- Angie Snavely – Director, Corporate Counsel at The Toro Company
Annual Meeting
In addition, this meeting will serve as the Annual Meeting for the Twin Cities Chapter of the Society for Corporate Governance. The agenda includes the annual election of officers and the Officer Committee. Please click here for the ballot.
