Please join us for a panel discussion regarding the Business Roundtable’s “Statement on the Purpose of a Corporation,” where we will review the reactions and responses by company boards and investors, fiduciary duties and risks, and public disclosures regarding stakeholders. The discussion will be facilitated by Amy Schneider, Counsel at Faegre Baker Daniels, and will include the following panelists:
